Enoron

Privacy

Our commitment to protecting your privacy couldn't be greater. We think that your personal entries, and all the data you save in Enoron, are only yours, and we respect that idea.
The full regulation on how we handle your data is well outlined in our terms and conditions and in the Privacy statement below. However, and just to make things simpler, these are the main guidelines on which our policies have been written:

  • It may sound obvious, but on internet it isn't always the case. At Enoron we don't claim any ownership on your data. Your data is only yours, that's it.

  • We do not sell, manipulate or anyhow give away your data. We keep it for you. In addition, all sensitive information is encrypted, so that not even our staff may have direct access to what's saved on Enoron.

  • When you delete some data we truly delete it. Many online services keep deleted data on their databases, but we don't. If you decide that you don't want something to stay online, you are free to delete it. And you will be sure that it will be actually deleted. Forever.

  • We would like you to stay with us as long as possible, but we understand that at some point you may decide to delete your account. If you do so, all the data you have saved on Enoron will be deleted. Permanently. Unlike other online services, we do not keep anything, after you delete your account.

It applies to any entity having to do with the services that are made available by us, Enoron Ltd. (Enoron), via our web-based App (www.enoron.com) or our standalone apps.

Who is the Data Controller?
The data controller is Enoron Ltd., with registered office in N. 207 Regent Street, 3rd Floor, London, W1B 3HH, United Kingdom.

Where is Data Processed?
The processing operations related to the services provided by us are carried out at the aforementioned office exclusively by technical staff in charge of said processing, or else by persons tasked with such maintenance activities as may be necessary from time to time.
No data resulting from our services is either communicated or disseminated.

What Data is Processed?
Navigation Data
The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate our services acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.
Such information is not collected in order to relate it to identified data subjects, however it might allow user identification per se after being processed and matched with data held by third parties.
This data category includes IP addresses and/or the domain names of the computers used by any user connecting with this web site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used for submitting a given request to the server, returned file size, a numerical code relating to server response status (successfully performed, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data are only used to extract anonymous statistical information on website use as well as to check its functioning; they are erased immediately after being processed. The data might be used to establish liability in case computer crimes are committed against us; except for this circumstance, any data on web contacts is currently retained for no longer than seven days.

Data Provided Voluntarily by Users
Sending e-mail messages to our addresses or through the contact form on www.enoron.com, which is done on the basis of a freely chosen, explicit, and voluntary option, entails acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary in order to reply to any request, as well as of such additional personal data as is contained in the message(s).
Registering for our services, which is done on the basis of a freely chosen, explicit, and voluntary option, entails acquisition of all the information entered in the registration form, which are necessary in order to provide our services.
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, users are the sole responsible of the data saved and by using our services they implicitly declare that they have the permission to do so.

Cookies
No personal data concerning users is acquired by the website in this regard.
No cookies are used to transmit personal information, nor are so-called persistent cookies or user tracking systems implemented.
Use of the so-called session cookies – which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear upon closing the browser – is exclusively limited to the transmission of session ID's – consisting of server-generated casual numbers – as necessary to allow secure, effective navigation.
The so-called session cookies used by this website make it unnecessary to implement other computer techniques that are potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of user navigation, whilst they do not allow acquiring the user's personal identification data.
When logging in, selecting the Remember me option, which is done on the basis of a freely chosen, explicit, and voluntary option, entails the creation of an unique cookie necessary to allow the automatic log in of the user. No personal identification data is saved in such cookie.

Optional Data Provision
Subject to the specifications made with regard to navigation data, users are free to provide the personal data either to be entered in the registration form or within the services provided through the web-based App or the standalone Apps.
Failure to provide such data entails the failure to be provided with our services.

For how long is Data Processed?
Personal data is processed with automated means for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it has been collected.
Specific security measures are implemented to prevent the data from being lost, used unlawfully and/or inappropriately, and accessed without authorisation.

How do I exercise my Data-related Rights?
Data subjects are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them and be informed of their contents and origin, verify their accuracy, or else request that such data be supplemented, updated or rectified.
The above Section also provides for the right to request erasure, anonymisation or blocking of any data that is processed in breach of the law as well as to object in all cases, on legitimate grounds, to processing of the data.
All requests should be sent to us through e-mail messages to our addresses or through the contact form on our web site.
